I recently hosted a seminar on “React.js Basics” at the American Center in Ashgabat 😊
We kicked things off with a quick journey through the history of the web — from simple static pages to the dynamic, interactive web apps we know today.
Then came the fun part: comparing good old vanilla JavaScript with React — the superhero of modern web development 🦸♂️
I covered key concepts like JSX, components, props, lifecycle methods, and more — all the building blocks you need to start writing your own React apps.
To bring it all to life, I showed off a little project of mine: the Memory App. Watching the app in action got the whole room excited — seeing React “click” for people is always the best part 🤟
It was an awesome session that (hopefully) sparked a love for web development in some future devs out there!
