I recently spoke at the Central Asian Alumni Forum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (March 28, 2026).
Around 100–150 people joined. The room was full of energy.

I gave a keynote called:
“The AI Silk Road: Launching a SaaS Startup from Turkmenistan to America.”
I shared my real journey. No filters. Just lessons.
Here’s what worked for me:
First, keep your story simple, slides clean (less text, more images). People connect with real struggles, not perfect wins.
Second, focus on one idea. I didn’t try to teach everything. I shared one clear path: how I took a local idea and made it global.
Third, use examples. I showed how I built and launched my SaaS step by step.

The best part? The talks after the talk. People came up, asked questions, shared ideas.
That’s where real value happens.
If you I plan to speak at an event, I don’t try to impress.
I try to connect.
That’s what people remember.
