The room was full of energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/ilyasseisov.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/uno.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-449\" style=\"width:400px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I gave a keynote called:<br><strong>\u201cThe AI Silk Road: Launching a SaaS Startup from Turkmenistan to America.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I shared my real journey. No filters. Just lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s what worked for me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, keep your story simple, slides clean (less text, more images). People connect with real struggles, not perfect wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, focus on one idea. I didn\u2019t try to teach everything. I shared one clear path: how I took a local idea and made it global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Third, use examples.
